Printed products

Long Valley Books has released a new title that will join their other photography guides in providing a comprehensive guide to a specific region of the UK.

The Photographer’s Guide to the North Yorkshire Coast (including the North York Moors) covers 33 locations in total, 22 on the coast and 11 in the moors.

The book includes all the practical details to get there. You’ll never get lost again with clear directions, detailed annotated maps and satellite navigation information, and plenty of great tips to help you get the most out of every location.

The book covers different types of places, from picturesque fishing villages and beautiful rocky bays to charming historic piers and abbeys.

This is the ninth book in the “The Photographer’s Guides” series of location guides. Existing titles include guides for the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales, Peak District, central London, Scotland (covering Skye, Glencoe and the Trossachs), Northumberland, Snowdonia and North Wales and Cornwall . All books are researched, written and produced by Ellen Bowness – an avid photographer, professional editor and founder of the Lake District-based publishing company Long Valley Books.

The new guide is priced at £ 10 (the others cover 50 locations each and are priced at £ 12.95). All of the books are available on Amazon and Rigu (a small camera accessories website based in the lakes just down the road from Long Valley Books).
